I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College. I completed my clinical training at Behavioral Health Resources in Olympia, Washington, where I worked with families. I have a special interest in attachment-based approaches and supporting clients through challenges in your closest relationships whether at home, at work or in your community.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a caregiver for elders and people with disabilities and have worked as a community organizer, informing my values related to disability justice and college care.
I am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State, license number MC61418393.
